Buyers are responsible for submitting correct dimensions, visual preferences, and any specific customization notes before confirming the order. Any errors in measurements or design choices made by the customer are not the responsibility of Eko Wallpaper.

Once the order is confirmed and production has begun, changes cannot be made.

5. Custom Wallpaper Return Policy

Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns or cancellations are not accepted after the order is confirmed and production has started. However, if the product arrives damaged, contains printing defects, or is not compliant with the specifications confirmed at checkout, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days from the delivery date.
