Due to the nature of these tailor-made goods, returns or cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed and production has begun, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or damaged.

According to our custom wallpaper return policy the applicable consumer protection laws for personalized items, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases involving customized products. Therefore, Users cannot return an item simply because they have changed their mind, made an incorrect measurement, or selected the wrong design or color.

However, if the received product is visibly damaged, contains printing errors, or exhibits clear manufacturing defects, the User is entitled to request a return or replacement. In such cases, the User must notify Ekowallpaper.com within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return request, the User must send an email to info@ekowallpaper.com providing: The full name and email used for the order The order number A clear description of the issue One or more high-resolution photos showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy

Once the return request is received and reviewed, the Ekowallpaper team will provide instructions for return shipment, including the correct return address. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged, except for the reported issue.

If the defect is confirmed after inspection, the User will be offered either: A full refund of the purchase price Or a replacement of the same product at no additional cost Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt and verification of the returned item, using the same payment method selected during checkout.

Ekowallpaper.com will cover return shipping costs only in the event of a verified production error or damaged item. In all other cases, including unverified claims or requests beyond the allowed timeframe, no refund or exchange will be issued.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: The product has already been installed, cut, or modified in any way The defect is due to incorrect measurements or files provided by the User The claim is submitted after the 30-day window from the delivery date The product was damaged due to improper use or handling

We offer free returns on all orders. Customers can choose to return items in person at our headquarters or via courierat no additional cost.
